Editorial & corrections policy
Codex Reset Watch is an unofficial site maintained by WarpNav, focused on practical issues for Codex and OpenAI users.
Maintenance and bylines
CRW editors is the organizational byline of Codex Reset Watch. Codex handles source research, synthesis, writing and revisions. WarpNav maintains the site.
Sources and verification
We prioritize official documentation, changelogs, status incidents and original public statements from relevant teams. Public facts, account observations and editorial analysis are distinguished. Actual tests state their environment and scope. Routine articles are checked by Codex against our editorial rules; articles personally reviewed by the site owner state that separately.
Feedback and corrections
Articles link to their main sources. Errors affecting a conclusion are recorded on the original article, and substantive revisions update its modification date. Incident developments stay on the same event article. You can use the project repository to report a specific passage, source or issue.
